Terry started at New Challenges February 2007. She was a Program Coordinator at one site and added on another site a year later. She works with TBI and DD individuals. Terry always had an understanding of people with DD because she has a close relative who was born prematurely and was diagnosed with MR. When his Mom passed away in 2005, Terry became the Legal Guardian to this family member and he now lives with Terry and is a happy healthy 38 year old.

In March 2015, Terry accepted a Program Director position working at the sites she has already been working in, creating an easy transition. She enjoys working with and getting to know the individuals who are new or have transitioned from other organizations and programs
