I have over 20 years of experience working in the human services field. Over 13 of those years have been with New Challenges! I am most proud of successfully supporting numerous individuals and organizations in accessing essential community resources and services, fostering independence and stability. I find fulfillment in helping individuals become more self-sufficient and confident. Seeing clients achieve milestones and knowing I played a part in their success is the most rewarding aspect of my work.
