I am an Assisted Living Director with New Challenges and I started working with New Challenges in July 2023. I graduated in December 2021 from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a degree in Health Services Management and a minor in Long Term Care Services Management. I have been working in the long term care field for about 10 years. I started as a Certified Nursing Assistant and have worked my way up through different positions, eventually going back to school to get my degree with the goal of making a positive impact in the senior services industry. My passion is assisting buildings and care givers to provide excellent quality care to those in need while helping them to maintain their dignity and as much independence as possible.
