Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations of assigned licensed programs. Ensuring positive support to individuals served is essential in the role of the PC. Scheduling and coaching staff to provide support at individual sites is a crucial role of the Program Coordinator. Program Coordinators must meet employment and/or education requirements as outlined in section MN Statute 245D.081, subdivision 2.
This full time position is in-person, includes direct care support and based out of the assigned location with travel around the local community as needed. Depending on specific location, Program Coordinator scheduled shifts are weekdays or evenings (i.e. 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 2pm-10pm).
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for staffing support at the supervised location. This position does require the ability to fill in for shifts outside of regular scheduled hours.
