I began working with New Challenges as part-time weekend direct care provider when I realized my passion for this field. I quickly became full time and though the years have advanced to a Senior Program Director. I have been working at New Challenges for nearly 15 years. I enjoy going to work each day to see the rewards of the individuals reaching goals that they chose to accomplish.
When not at work I like to spend time with my family, my dogs and enjoying the outdoors in the warmer months.
