Tenika has been working in this field since 2010. She started as a Direct Care Staff, and her passion for helping others live their best lives led her to the Program Director role with New Challenges. She enjoys working directly with individuals on their goals and loves to see the confidence it instills in them and the joy that it brings to their families and teams.

When Tenika is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, working out, yoga, hiking, and cooking. She also loves to read, learn new things, and is always trying to better herself and the world around her.
