I have over 28 years of experience working in the human services field, and my journey began as a nursing assistant. I graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2006. Over the years, I’ve grown through various leadership roles — each one teaching me the value of compassion, teamwork, and truly listening to the people we serve.

I stepped into the role of Executive Director at New Challenges, Inc. in February 2024. Here, we’re more than a team — we’re a family dedicated to helping every person served live their life to the fullest.

For me, leadership is about service, connection, and creating an environment where everyone — staff and the people we support — can thrive and feel valued every day.
